A true workhorse of Kong!

Multi-purpose hot-forged aluminum belay plate, usable with single, double, twin ropes. Its main applications are as follows: self-locking belay of one or two second ropes; abseiling. The special central rib acts as a fulcrum on the connector and makes it possible to retrieve two people even belayed to ropes of different diameters, either simultaneously or separately because in the event of a fall only the rope subjected to the snatch locks, leaving the other free to slide. It is possible to use the GI-GI in combination with a self-locker and a foot pedal for emergency ascents.
